We create permit drawings of plumbing systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Design is done as per:

  • New York City Plumbing Code
  • International Plumbing Code – 2015, as adopted by the State of NY
  • National Standard Plumbing Code – 2015, as adopted by the State of NJ.

We size and specify all plumbing equipment and determine domestic water supply sizes, domestic water booster pumps (if needed), hot water and hot water recirculation piping sizes, sanitary drain piping, sanitary vent piping, gas piping and storm water piping.

We design backflow preventer devices layout and provide ready for installation shop drawings. All work is done in accordance with New York City Department of Environmental Protection Rules for Cross-Connection Controls or as the case may be in accordance to each water purveyor rules and regulations.

We design storm water management systems that employ the usage of detention tanks in accordance with the criteria of detention facility design of the New York City D.E.P. Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations.

We create our designs initially in 3D and only after that we develop the final 2D drawings and riser diagrams.

The reason we work this way is for the accuracy of determining the actual pipe runs and thus sizing correctly the systems for water supply, hot water, gas, vents etc.

Our 3D models are available for you to be downloaded into REVIT for future coordination tasks.
